01:Can we do our own design and print our own logo ?
Sure,we are factory and 90% of our orders are OEM,you can tell us your design idea or you can send us the design file and then we will make for you.
02:If I want to customize a sample before mass production,is it available ? is it free ?
Yes,we can customize sample for you,but it should be charged.
03:What’s your MOQ ? can we mix styles and colors ?
Usually MOQ is 100pcs per style per color,we are factory and we mainly do OEM,which means we usually have no stock.
04:What kind of wood do you use?
Usually:Sandalwood(red/black/green),maple wood, bamboo ,zebra wood .Customized:Please tell us the wood you want
05:What’s your package?
Our original package is opp bag,if you want it with a gift box package,we can also customize for you,but there will be extra fee.
06:What’s the payment term ?
Usually we accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) or Western Union or Paypal
07:How about delivery time ?
It is about 20-30 working days for a customized sample and 30 to 40 working days for mass production after sample confirmed.
08:How to send the watches to my address ?
It depends on your requirements. We can help you choose the best way to ship the goods(such as DHL,UPS,TNT,FEDEX) if you don’t have a shipping forwarder in China
